Unfortunately, the VSS Support Center is not able to retrieve the User ID for a pending registration.  If you have forgotten your User ID, you will want begin a new registration by navigating back to the VSS home page and selecting Registration.

**Note:  If you received the  Cannot Add New User error, it usually means the User ID you are creating is already taken.   To resolve this error, you may want to try adding a number or symbol to the User ID.

If you have forgotten your VSS password for your pending registration, you will want to use the Forgot Password feature located on the VSS homepage.  After select the Forgot Password feature on the VSS homepage, you will be redirected to your VSS Security Question you have created.  Once the VSS Security Question has been successfully answered, you will automatically be sent a temporary password to the email address listed on file. 

Yes, while logged into your pending registration, you will want to select Save and Close in the upper right-hand corner of the registration screen.  This will save your registration and allow you to pick back up where you left off prior to logging out. 

This means a user is in the process of creating an account but has not completed the registration.  The user can return at a later date to complete the process. You can click on the link to continue with the registration if you are the user who initiated registration or contact the ColoradoVSS Support Center (vss.help@state.co.us) for assistance. 

This means the company or individual has done business with the State of Colorado in the past but has not yet established an account. You will need to click on the link to create a User ID for the existing account. 

No, do not enter any discount information in the Discount Information when registering. 

The Registration Summary page displays all of the information that you have entered during registration for you to review.  If you determine that any of your vendor account information is incorrect you can click on the Update Information link for the appropriate section to navigate back to correct your information. 

The Account Verification page will prompt you to enter information to authenticate you as a valid user for this account.
