Why haven't I received an email confirmation that my request to discontinue my account has been processed?

If you have not received an email confirmation that your request to discontinue your VSS account has been processed and it has been more than 5 business days, you will want to contact vsshelp@state.co.us providing your Federal Tax ID (Social Security Number if doing business as an individual) and the Legal Business Name for the company.
