Account Maintenance Instructions
Find instructions for updating contact information, Legal (1099) Address, updating existing address, adding billing, mailing or payment address for an additional location, updating business classification and legal business name, locating a vendor code and vendor account status, searching, adding, and deleting commodity codes, unsubscribing from email notifications.
Note: Once you have updated and/or added new information to your VSS account, it will go into a pending status until it has been approved. You will receive a confirmation email once your changes to your VSS account have been approved. Approvals can take up to 2 to 5 business days.
