Why has my registration not been approved?

If you recently received an email notification alerting you that your VSS registration has not been approved, you will want refer back to the email notification you have received from our State Central Approval department. You can find the reason for your registration not being approved and suggested resolution.

Please refer to the “The following comments from the approving party were included detailing additional information about your account” section of the email for the recommended resolution (see sample below outlined in blue):
