You will want to contact the VSS Support Center ( and provide your most recent W9, so that our approval department can match it to the IRS records and activate your account.

Once the VSS Support Center have received your most recent W9, they will forward the W9 to our approval department, and once they have activated your account, the VSS Support Center will reply with instructions for you to use to register in the Colorado Vendor Self Service System. This will give you access to updated information related to your organization such as contact information, commodity codes, business types, and will enable you to respond online to solicitations.
