Why is the VSS website displaying a blank page?
You will want to make sure that you're using the correct URL to access ColoradoVSS. The correct URL for ColoradoVSS is colorado.gov/vss, or, https://codpa-vss.cloud.cgifederal.com/webapp/PRDVSS2X1/AltSelfService
Please make sure that you're using a supported browser when accessing the VSS website. The following browsers are supported when using VSS:
- Mozilla Firefox
- Internet Explorer 11
- Microsoft Edge 44 (18-Edge HTML)
Although you may be able to access ColoradoVSS using a different browser other than Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox, you may experience connectivity issues and blank screens while navigating the site.
**Please note that Google Chrome, and Safari are not a supported browser for this website.*
If you are using a supported browser and you are seeing a blank screen, you will want to clear your browsing history. To clear your browsing history, you will want to follow the steps below:
For Internet Explorer:
a. Go to Tools
b. Select Internet Options
c. Select Browsing History
d. Select "Delete"
a. Open Firefox
b. Navigate to the "Options" panel (top right) and select options
c. Navigate to "Advanced" and then to "network"
d. Under Cached Web Content, click the "Clear Now" Button.
After you have cleared your browser history, you will want to close out your browser and bring it back up to see if your problem has been resolved.
