EFT information cannot be added by the vendor via ColoradoVSS.  EFT information has to be added in our internal system by the department that is paying monies to a vendor.  If you are granted a State award either through ColoradoVSS or outside of it, please work with the agency or other State entity making the award to have your EFT information processed.
