After you update the information on your VSS account, it will go into a pending status until it is approved.  As soon as the changes to your account are approved, you will get a validation email. Choosing Addresses & Contacts > Pending Addition will allow you to examine your adjustments.

If it has been more than five business days since you made changes to your account and you have not received an email confirmation, get in contact with the VSS Support Center.  Please provide the following:

If you are not logged into your VSS account, you will not be able to change your current location or contact details.

Please contact with the agency or other State body overseeing the award if you need to update your EFT information.  You cannot add EFT information via ColoradoVSS.   The department that is paying money to a vendor has to add EFT information to our internal system.

No, if you're creating a new contact the system will generate a contact ID for you.   You can find the Contact ID in the "Update Contacts" section of the Address & Contacts tab.
