Am I able to list separate addresses for billing and payments on my account?
Yes. You will want to list the correct address for billing, payment, and ordering. When you create or update your account, be sure to specify whether the addresses are different. Why is my new address not showing on my VSS account?
After you update the information on your VSS account, it will go into a pending status until it is approved. As soon as the changes to your account are approved, you will get a validation email. Choosing Addresses & Contacts > Pending Addition will allow you to examine your adjustments.
If it has been more than five business days since you made changes to your account and you have not received an email confirmation, get in contact with the VSS Support Center. Please provide the following:
Legal Business Name
Federal Tax ID
Brief description of the changes
Do I have to be logged in to update my existing address and contact information?
If you are not logged into your VSS account, you will not be able to change your current location or contact details.
Please contact with the agency or other State body overseeing the award if you need to update your EFT information. You cannot add EFT information via ColoradoVSS. The department that is paying money to a vendor has to add EFT information to our internal system.
Do I need to enter a Contact ID if I'm creating a new Contact?
No, if you're creating a new contact the system will generate a contact ID for you. You can find the Contact ID in the "Update Contacts" section of the Address & Contacts tab.
