Updating Contact Information
Process
These instructions help vendors update their contact information in VSS , i.e. vendor address, contact name and phone.
Follow these steps to change vendor address and contact information:
Navigate to Colorado Vendor Self Service
Log into your VSS Account
On the home page, select the Account Maintenance quick link
To update an existing address:
Select the Addresses & Contacts tab
Click Row Level 3-dot Menu for the address you need to change
Click Edit
You have the ability to update the fields on the screen (Street 1, City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code, and Country, etc.)
Scroll Down to the Address Type section
Click Row Level 3-dot Menu for the Address Type that the address change effects.
Click Related Actions
Click Edit Contact
Update the fields on the screen (Contact Name, Phone, Email, etc.)
Click Save & Close (will take you back to the Edit Address Page)
Click Save & Close (will take you back to the My Account Page)
The Address shows a status of "Pending Update"
Select the Contacts Subtab
The Contact shows a status of "Pending Update"
