What browsers may I use with Colorado Vendor Self-Service?
Colorado Vendor Self-Service (ColoradoVSS) is browser agnostic and vendors may use the browser of their choice.
For the best utilization of this application, please ensure your popup blockers are disabled.
Why won't VSS load in Firefox?
Please uncheck OCSP by going to Firefox Settings > Privacy & Security > Certificates.
Why is the site displaying a message stating that it is down for maintenance?
Depending on when you are seeing this message, the VSS site may be down for one of the following items:Evening Maintenance
Weekend Maintenance
When the Vendor Self-Service (VSS) Application is down for evening maintenance, you will want to check back the following morning to access the site. If the Vendor Self-Service (VSS) Application is down for weekend maintenance, the application will be unavailable from Friday evening to Monday morning.

Why is the ColoradoVSS website displaying a blank page?
You will want to make sure that you're using the correct URL to access ColoradoVSS. The correct URL for ColoradoVSS is colorado.gov/vss, or, https://codpa-vss.cloud.cgifederal.com/webapp/PRDVSS2X1/AltSelfServiceCheck that your popup blocker has been disabled and Java is enabled.
Java is required for accessing CORE Websites.
If you have already verified that you are using the correct URL to access ColoradoVSS, you will want to clear your cache (history) in your browser.
To clear your browser history, follow the directions below (providing steps for 3 popular browsers):
For Chrome:
At the top right, select the three Dots on the top right
Click More tools --> Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
For Edge:
Select the three Dots on the top right
Select Settings
Select Privacy, search, and services
Select Clear browsing data now, "Choose what to clear"
Change Time range to "All Time"
Select "Clear Now"
For Firefox:
Open Firefox
Navigate to the "Options" panel (top right) and select options
Navigate to "Advanced" and then to "Network"
Under Cached Web Content, click the "Clear Now" Button.
After you have cleared your browser history, you will want to close out your browser and bring CORE back up to
see if your problem has been resolved. If clearing your cache does not resolve the problem please let us know so
we can continue work on the issue.
