You can send your latest W9 to vsshelp@state.co.us. We will send it to our Central Accounting and Vendor Operations team for TIN matching.
Who do I contact for help with Colorado Vendor Self-Service?
The ColoradoVSS Help Desk is available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by email at vsshelp@state.co.us. Please email us for immediate help during regular business hours.
Is the VSS Support Center open on holidays?
The VSS Support Center is closed on State of Colorado holidays.
Who should I contact about contracts being awarded without going through proper protocol?
To report a fraud, contact the Office of the State Auditor's Fraud Hotline at osafraudhotline@state.co.us or 303-869-3020. You can also visit their website.
What can the VSS Support Center help me with?
The VSS Support Center provides technical support and instructions. It is for system issues with the ColoradoVSS system only. The VSS Support Center can assist with the following:
Account Lockouts
Account Activation/Reactivation
VSS Account Administrator transfer
Retrieving Login Credentials for registered VSS accounts
Assisting with error messages
Answering general questions about the VSS site

Why is my Federal Tax ID required when contacting the ColoradoVSS Support Center?
We ask for your Federal Tax ID (or SSN if registered as an individual) to search and verify the Vendor account. This is done for security purposes, as the information the vendor has provided us is confidential.

What's the difference between ColoradoVSS and and the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System?
The Rocky Mountain E-Procurement website is maintained by a 3rd party. Any questions regarding registration, cost or fees should be directed to them. Contact information is available on their website.
What happened to ColoradoBids?
ColoradoBIDS was changed to ColoradoVSS as a part of the State's conversion to its new financial management system, CORE. Vendor Self Service (ColoradoVSS) is part of the CORE application.
