How do I Reset my VSS Password?
If you can't remember your password, go to the VSS homepage and click "Forgot Password?" at the right top of screen, to have a temporary password emailed to you.
How often should I update my VSS password?
It is recommended to reset your VSS password every 90 days.
Will my VSS password expire after 90 days?
No, however, if your password has been reset by either your VSS Account Administrator or the VSS Support Center, you will then be prompted to change your password the next time you log in.
If my password has been changed, will I receive an email notification?
VSS does not automatically inform users of changes. The Account Administrator should inform the additional users of the updates. If the Account Administrator changed the user's password, the user will then be prompted to change their password the next time they log in.
