Registration Verification FAQs

• I have not received my ColoradoVSS registration verification code via email. How do I verify that ColoradoVSS is using the correct email address?

You will want to make sure your security settings will not block the receipt of the verification email. To prevent the email from being blocked, add the following email address to your email contacts:  DO_NOT_REPLY_CORE_VSS@codpa-vss.hostams.com.

If you have checked both your Spam and Junk folder and still have not received the verification code, you will want to go back into the Sign Up page of your VSS registration and check the email address that the link is being sent to.  If the email address is correct and you have not received the verification code, you will want to try a generic email address (such as Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo) to retrieve the verification code to proceed with your registration.
