Locating Buyer Information and Viewing Amendment History
Process
This job aid describes steps on locating the Buyer Information listed on a published solicitation so the vendor may directly contact the published department of a solicitation.
You are able to locate solicitation Buyer Information to contact the department directly with your questions in three ways. Screenshots provided are for visual aid only.
Viewing Amendment History for a solicitation allows you to see any amendments that have been added to a published solicitation. Amendments will appear under the Amendment History tab if any changes or additional information are added to the solicitation.
1. Locate the solicitation you’re interested in and click on the Solicitation Number link.
2. Look on the General Information header for Buyer Information.
3. To view amendment history, click on the Amendment History tab.
