Withdrawing a Solicitation Response

Process

This process describes steps on how a vendor can withdraw their solicitation response.

A vendor is able to use the Solicitation Response section to withdraw a previously submitted Solicitation Response. To withdraw your solicitation response, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to www.colorado.gov/vss

2. Select the My Responses quick link.

3. Search for a Solicitation Response 

Search for a Solicitation Response. Click Show More, Enter Keyword Search, select Show Me, then Click Search.

4. Open a Solicitation Response

Withdraw button on the Header Level 3-dot Menu of an Open Solicitation Response.
Confirmation message: WithDrawn status.
