View Help Information in VSS
Navigate to VSS and sign in as an existing vendor.
Open up the VSS Welcome Page
Enter the following fields: User ID and Password
Click Sign In
2. Navigate to the Help Menu
Click Help located to the right of the Vendor’s profile
A new window will open
Click Show Full Help Menu
3. Navigate through VSS Help topics
Click on individual topic links in the VSS Help menu
