Using the Forgot Password Link

These instructions describe the steps on how to change your VSS Password using the Forgot Password Link.

Enter your username and click Continue.

Enter your Password Hint Reply and click Reset Password.

You will receive a confirmation that your new password has been sent to the email address on record.

Upon receiving the email with the temporary password:

• Sign back into ColoradoVSS with it.  

• You will then be redirected to the Change Password screen.

• Enter the temporary password in the Current Password field.

• Create a new password and confirm it.

• Click Save.
