Why am I seeing a "User authentication failed. Invalid User Name/Password combination" error when trying to log in to my account?
Usually, this means that either the User ID or Password that you're using to sign in is invalid. You will want to make sure that you're entering both your User ID and Password correctly. Please keep in mind that both the User ID and Password are case-sensitive. Use the Forgot Password function on the VSS homepage to get a temporary password if you're still getting this error.
