Locating Award Notice

Process

This job aid describes the process to locate Award Notice information for a solicitation using the View Published Solicications on the ColoradoVSS homepage.

1. Navigate to http://colorado.gov/vss

2. Select View Published Solicitations

3. To view recent Intents to Award:

Select Recent Intents from the Show Me dropdown, enter the solicitation number or keywords in the Keyword Search field, and select Search.
Click on the Solicitation Number to open

To see recent Intents to Award, choose Recent Intents from the Show Me dropdown, input solicitation number or keywords in the Keyword Search field, and click Search. Open by selecting the Solicitation Number.

Select the Intent to Award tab.

Intent to Award tab: View the selected vendor for a contract.

4. To view recent Notices to Award:

Select Recent Awards from the Show Me dropdown, enter the solicitation number or keywords in the Keyword Search field, and select Search.
Click on the Solicitation Number to open

To see recent Notices to Award, choose Recent Awards from the Show Me dropdown, input the solicitation number or keywords in the Keyword Search field, and click Search. Next, click on the Solicitation Number to open.

Select the Notice of Award tab.

Note: For further information, the department responsible for the solicitation will be your source for additional business information associated with the Notice of Award that you have received. Please contact the department with whom you place the bid with for assistance.
