View, Search, and Print Solicitations in VSS 

1. Navigate to Colorado Vendor Self Service

2. Log into your VSS Account

a. If you have forgotten your password, you will want to use the Forgot Password link.

3. Select the Published Solicitations button

4. In the Keyword Search field, enter the solicitation number or keyword using a wildcard search (example: 2018*002*) and select Search

5. Search results will populate and once you have found a solicitation you are interested in, click on the Solicitation Number link.

6. The View Purchase History button will allow you to see recent purchase history

7. Select Attachments

● To view the attachments, you will want to select each attachment link to download

**Note: If you're logged into your VSS account and the Respond Online button is available, you will be able to respond to the solicitation online**

8. Printing a Solicitation 

a. Select the print solicitation option from the 3 dot menu. 

b. A print-friendly box will appear, select Print Summary.
